Where is your Box Office located?

Our Box Office is located downtown at 353 Adelaide Street West and will be open starting April, 2018.

Where I can buy tickets for the ICFF Festival?

How much does a ticket cost?

A regular ticket can be purchased for $13+HST. Discounts are available for students. If you want to save and have a preferred access to a movie, purchase one of our Movie Packages. For more information, please click here.

What can I do if I input the wrong email address?

Contact the ICFF Box Office at 416.893.3966 or email us at boxoffice@icff.ca and we will be happy to assist you.

What can I do if the tickets are SOLD-OUT, but I really want to watch a particular movie?

Some screenings can be eligible for our Rush policy. Please be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the screening. When the movie becomes closed for sale, we will then sell tickets to the Rush line 10 minutes before the start of the screening. Rush ticket availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

What if I’m late to the movie?

Seating is guaranteed to ticket-holders until 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of a screening. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of theatre staff. There will be no further admittance 10 minutes after the start of the screening.

Can I exchange or return my ticket?

All tickets are final sale.
